Yesterday

For the more recent shareholders who may be underwater.. what happened yesterday also happened before in December last year when they released, what was in fact, some very good results and the stock tanked from $2.60 down to $2. There were a lot of s/h who were underwater.. me included.. no doubt some sold but some of us knew it was in fact a great opportunity to buy more shares or just sit tight.
I always remember some wise words I heard once; In situations like this you ask yourself 'has the reason I bought shares in this co changed?' If the answer is no then just sit tight / buy more and dont worry.
2 months after that drop in December we hit $4.
This is the nature of the beast ;)

Maybe the focus on the ore body which is about 1 kilo per ton. This is the basic expectation from investors. Property addition or step out comes secondary. The investors’ expectation is this Dixie will be 5 times rich than Rob McEwen’s find. This is my view too. It may contain 30 to 50 million oz. The exploration tracking system should be in place to pinpoint the deficiencies of lab testing and ...more

I appreciate the background information; BUT, this simply makes no sense; fundamentals good great NR technicals good too Then the bottom falls out.  It's a lot easier to deal with a 20% loss when you have some idea WHY it happened, instead of "that's just the way it is."  Does anyone have a reasonable explanation for the SP action? Thanks

You asked what seems like a perfectly reasonable question and I expect you are thinking that no one gave you a reasonable answer? You may have concluded then that no one here knows what is really going on and maybe even that we are a bunch of idiots because we are invested in something that we dont really understand? lol. Well first of all I did explain when i said it is 'the nature of the ...more

Good post Touareg, I suspect what befuddles many is that even though we started the week with a market cap above $100 million . . . .  at this moment in time what that is based mostlly on is: 1) $15 million cash in the bank 2) $5 million in possible more money assuming warrants are exercised 3) A few cells phones and maybe some light tools . . . everything else is likely leased or rented ...more
