It's a sign that the inevitable area play party is really kicking off, lots of 3rd rate companies, many with huge shares outstanding, no cash and management teams whose only claim to fame is robbing shareholders with huge dilution and smoke and mirror stories. How many of these area plays are currently promisong to drill but need to do a pp first? lol. They will probably get a little pop out
