TSX disclosure standards

Some of you may find this interesting.

What I got out of the section V page 2 - "exploration results general requirements"
is that exploration companies can not sit on drill results, or only release certain results.
I have often wondered about that.

My intention for researching and posting that, was about the bull boards hypothesis that there would be no news releases until after the flow through share date in late November. My understanding of the substance of my post was that an exploration company was to release exploration results as received in a timely manner, and not after a convenient date to the company. Just a thought. I am not sure that you are wrong but not necessarily right either. Drill results good or bad are not necessarily a material change as to the prospects of the company, as the purpose of the flow through shares is to raise funds for exploration drilling in the first place. This is an ongoing process and early days. If the company releases parts of a drill program, good or bad, and ...more

If the results would impact the value of the company in one direction or the other by an amount exceeding 10% then they would be required to release.  Other then that don't count on any release until the financing is complete.
