No building, we sell the entire Co. to Newmont for two shares of Newmont for each one share of GBR and then once they start producing and generating significant revenue from our ore body we sell our 2% NSR which is held in a new public Co. called GBR Royalty Corp to Franco Nevada for one share of Franco for each one share of GBR Royalty Corp. Thank you. Yes, I could handle your thoughts. Has CT spoken of the extra money raised. I know at the time he didn't, or I never saw it. Seems there was a 'void' there!
