At the AGM, Chris said there would be an announcement in January.  GBR has retained outside counsel in order to correctly structure the royalty for existing shareholders.  Expect a detailed announcement including a date of record within a few weeks.

I believe the end of January, nothing stopping a major putting money in now before the NSR is completed, at least they will have a large position and potential royalties cash flow if they get in early.
