NSR...

Someone mentioned that when the NSR is issued, the price will fall?
Can someone with knowledge comment on this please...ty

After news the price usually falls because the price usually rises in anticipation beforehand and there will be a gap before the next news release. However this is not always, that's my observations anyway.

That was me. A share of GBR today includes the NSR, since you know it is coming.   They will announce a record date at which time you will actually receive the NSR share in your account. Think of it as separating from the current share. Yes it could but I don't believe anyone has suggested it would fluctuate by any significant amount, maybe .50 but who actually knows for sure....no one, and of that I'm pretty certain. It's all just a guess. The stock fluctuates daily. If I were a trader I'd focus on Wednesdays around 10:00 because it seems to me that if we don't get news by then the stock always pulls back for ...more

GBR 2% NSR company. Have a look at Osisko Minning; to predicict what would happen to GBR 2% NSR company. They got bought out be two majors and formed Osisko Royalities. Osisko Royalites is "Rock Star" status! Companies like Osisko Royalties just buy up little companies like these to have a constant stream of gold coming in. :)

My guess is that within a relatively short period of time a price will be established, with royalty companies likely driving the demand.  They invest in all stages of companies and, based on the data to date, will be able to estimate a value.   Given that royalty companies value NSRs more than other investors (as the market values Royalty companies with higher multiples - given the ...more
