Have a look at Osisko Minning; to predicict what would happen to GBR 2% NSR company.
They got bought out be two majors and formed Osisko Royalities.

Osisko Royalites is "Rock Star" status!

Companies like Osisko Royalties just buy up little companies like these to have a constant stream of gold coming in.

I would comment that Osisko, your "Rock Star", is losing money H over F due to asset impairments, etc. and owes $300-400MM borrowed on future cash flow. The company is bloated and the market has priced it accordingly. Currently hovering 10% above a 52 week low. Buy?...maybe. Gold bellweather?...yes. Rock Star?...not so much.  Successful investment in this stock would require ...more
