Not quite sure what you're saying but there would be no reason for Chris to create the Royalty spin co. unless it generated some revenue that he could put to good use, or if you think it's a sham, revenue that he could steal. Either way it's a vehicle that's designed to collect revenue from GBR's mine, what happens to that revenue we won't know until it happens. These "
