This is very good news.Someone out there believes this is worth more than 12.00 a share.  "1,176,500 common shares that qualify as flow-through shares of the company for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada) at a price of $17 per flow-through common share, "

$20M will keep drills spinning for years - or will we see permits for bulk sampling below the gravel?   This would really drive the point about low cost and quick minability.

Flow through shres at $17 = + or - 13$ after tax deductions.  Not really a big deal in that matter  However, not much dilution to bring in a good chunk of available cash! Rob

Gut feeling says this is a very very good thing. Like somebody else pointed out, it seems there is a large scale investor that is willing to sink a large wad of cash into the project in one go. That should speak for itself.

I wonder what cash is for, as mentioned earlier a bulk sample is not out of the question...this find starts from surface.

Yep. Me too. One of the selling points getting into this stock, besides the obvious point of the massive find, is that GBR is already fully funded for 2020. There has to be some cunning plan brewing, and as long as it is not Baldrick but Black Adder that is responsible for it, I am all in.  I am thinking along your lines of bulk sampling or even clearing an larger area of all gravel. Or ...more

One of the first rules of a junior explorer, take the money when you can get it!  Because you never know what will happen in the future. And that's what GBR did, a great raise for low dilution. Cash security now for two years, maybe more, maybe will also help with the cost of the resource calculation due out in 2021. No pressure to raise money for a long time, no matter what happens in ...more

My take on this is CT knows he has limited time to get the best value before there is an unpleasant knock on the door. I'd say he is going to do a lot more drilling in a lot more places. On the last interview he commented on not forgetting about the Hinge and Limb zone and then yesterday we get this good news. I think he wants to delineate those even more, see if they join to the LP Fault ...more

Sellers seem to be pricing $11.04.  My guess is that $11.04 was derived and agreed upon prior to the release of yesterday's news.

I'll redo that, as to avoid all confusions.  Yes, seems I stand corrected. I need to read up on what Flow Through shares are, as the concept is brand new to me.
