Share structure is tight.

This company and management are aligned with shareholders.

The ceo went through a 25-1 rs. For a junior gold to finance with minimal dilution is stellar.

At least 2years of capital on the books.

There are some warrants options bring in more dollars too.

2%nsr smart move.

Ceo is definitely looking to sell in the B’$

CT and his team have done an outstanding job.  And the 2% NSR to existing shareholders was especially creative and something I'd never seen before. My guess is that the mid/large miners are keeping a close eye on this, challenged by the dynamic of the more they wait, the more expensive GBR will become, while also firming up what it really has.  An interesting trade-off ...more

And $20/share is only like a 15% premium to those buying the flow through shares today.... not gonna happen.
