2% royalty

Is the 2% royalty counted after subtracting the gold miners all in cash expenses to mine an ounce of gold?

It's a 2% Net Smelter Return.  So the price of the gold sold, less the smeltering costs.  No subtraction of AISC.

That is what i said. I deducted cash costs  for the working interest per oz proceeds.

Hate to disagree with you Lumpy. Let's say GBR has ten million ounces then GBRR's 2% royalty is equivalent to 200,000 ounces which at US$1800 per ounce is worth $360 million or about $12 per GBRR share. But, please note my calculation does not include the time value of money which is an extremely important component of the equation especially given the fact the Dixie mine may not commenece ...more

Sorry Sure, I stand corrected. I believe my prediction for the GBRR share price to be accurate. Don't get me wrong. When the Dixie Mine starts to produce the GBRR shares will be well north of my current estimate. Yoda

I think the gbrr share price is great, and hope it keeps going up. I don’t think you’ll be picking up any shares, at $1.50, unless there’s a complete meltdown in the markets. I believe as long as the gold price continues to rise now, both Gbr, and Gbrr will also rise. Gold price, along with stellar deep drill results, and other drilling on LP,  Hinge, Dixie limb, and Arrow, and anywhere else ...more
