Market wants to give it away for 0.7 x CF, great, let's keep raising production 11% a year by keeping production flat and buying back 10% of shares.  
Then with the other 93% of Cash flow they can reduce debt, and grow organically, to supercharge the 11% that is free with buybacks.

The buybacks over the last year have done nothing, nothing for the share price.  in fact, the share price is less than half of a year ago and while oil (Brent) remains above $80.00 (good times).   The keep issuing themselves shares and padding themselves in the back of a great job they're doing.
