CXO nothing to do with GTT.  Looks like there was a Chinese fire wall set up so that even the head GEO Charles Greig had no idea what the results are looking like (an embargo) until the PP closes.  Otherwise he would have had inside material information to either buy the PP or not.  Will probably take a few days now to put the next press release out since he need to sign off on it.

Is that what you got from those disclosures?  I've honestly never seen a company go that far with their disclosure over like 50k of Insider particiapation.  My take is that like you said they are trying to get the reader to believe the placee's had no info.  That said, how can you run a drill program without feedback?  Surely they didn't put everything on hold in ...more

Well buckshot Charlie wouldn't have legally been able to know the results or even see visuals and then invest at $.85 based on that information. He must have told the drillers where to drill and not been privy to the core. Don't know how else he could have kept it legal.
