Newmont's influeuce

With Newmont holding 10% of GTT, will they still be able to issue cheap shares to families and friends? It seems that someone is consistently selling, thinking that they will get more back at cheaper price? With assay result coming in a month, theoretically there should be some speculative buys by this time.

I heard this is stuck at $.90 because of the McMullen trust selling , Why can't Newmount just buy all their shares instead of doing a PP at $1.57 >>>>>>>>>>??????????????? Get us out of this boring funk.

If they need to send someone to the board, they need to negotiate through a PP as part of it. However, as you said, they may as get all Mc's share since they are so motivated to sell. Would be good deal for them.

However, thinking twice, by leaving Mc. there, they probably can get a much cheaper total buyout price. Reasonable?
