What is going on

I am a little perplexed as why this company stock is being so denigrated. It doesn't make sense to me how its being ground down constantly, how is anybody making any money by dumping into the bids? If anyone has some insights it would be appreciated, thank you.

Just read yesterday's news release. Company offers shares for debt at rock bottom prices. What happened to the NI 43-101? Should have been out 3-4 months ago. This is just a very terrible managed company. Avoid.

Thank you, I just found the release from Feb 1, issued 1.84 million shares at 0.05 to pay down 92,000. Well, at least my stake is at 0.08, so hopefully when those warrants are exercised I'll be able to break it even. Have a good day and thanks again.

This company has been poorly managed forever. Last consolidation was the final nail in coffin.
