It hurts me...and I got plenty of dividends but the price action is quite sad and frankly quite uncorrelated with oil...at this point, the firm should take this one private or drum up better its qualities. As it is, it sure feels like management is letting it sink to take it private on the cheap...tempted to wait for that to happen (and get the premium offered) but if oil does not cooperate, I could see this going down further, especially if they cut the dividend...which is likely if oil lingers around $45....

When they sold Boulder to private the premium was a slap in the face, And rgarding dividends, many forget dividends are fully taxable.  At 33%   / complicated calculations but always taxable at over 30% . Unless in tax free account.   And i agree with you the stock just keep diving and odds are incresing they prepare to do another boulder on the back of shareholders. Thay all have ...more

With a quarter of the shares held by insiders, you know they will have little regard for outside shareholders. They do the minimum but after the equity raise last year, they certainly do not need any external funds...and it shows. No investors updates since early May...really left for dead...and the divco model is simply not suited for a pure upstream firm. I find it incredible that they had more ...more

we all hope you scenario is the most plausible. But before i say what i heard. Let s not forget dividends are fully taxable.  Nere what i heard,  Big firm investors are trying prop up the price of stocks but to their surprise. No small investors are buying oil anymore.  So when they succeed prop up by $0.20  lets say.  No one buys.  So price go down.  They are ...more
