last release stated 25% insider ownership they will want top dollar ! imo glta

not really.  If the company is taken public the insiders will keep their shares and it will have no impact on them either way. You can want whatever you want, the reality is they will get what the market will pay. Today's eia report was bullish so the timing is not bad as long as they don't lay an egg when they put their numbers out tomorrow.

How to buy this stock for peanuts: eliminate the dividend, watch the stock drop, then do some short sells to drive the price lower, let the dust settle, then offer a buyback for all shares for a premium to the recent stock price. Hopefully this management team has more scruples.
