This stock at todays Market should be at $4.95 a share.?

$4.95 at the least!  Book Value alone is currently $5.85 with good Fundamentals and low Debt.   Still the impediments, create negative ROA, ROE, and overall Earnings growth. Until that is rectified we will continue to stumble... same with SGY
