Why do these guys rent ivory tower office space?

When they could pay that in dividends? 3 wells last year? You probably can consult that out no? Again folks time to lead, time is running out, choose your destiny you have support, but that is wearing thin, you allowed wind farms on your drilling lands yet did not get any new permits after spending millions and then you had a VP write publically about it WOW - that's incredible execution!

A wind turbine??? do the carbon life on the energy/co2 in vs out, burning coal for iron and steel and you allowed that WOW, what management here at GXO, renting office space, no updates, drilling no wells and allowing wind projects! What a success! Mike make sure this is not #2 to the bank pal!
