If the company is doing nothing

and the market is not rewarding this model. Time to go private in a cash / stock deal and have shareholders approve. No way shareholders are taking cash at these prices when you look at NAV per share.

The 500K in staying public fees could go towards sustainable operations (ie preventative maintenece to maintain existing ops) and dividend payouts.

Other wise, tick tock team, the clock is ticking and time to make an announcement!
