Undervalued

In my opinion, this is getting ridiculous. The market is overreacting. This should be $18 at least. Just my views.

This stock will continue to be a tax loss favourite till the market closes on the last trading day for 2016 settlement. The big test will be to see if there is a price recovery in early 2017, if not everybody better bail out or HBC will start to look like SCC.

Shorters like to attact stock when they have all the nagative comments and managment seems to not want to unlock the real estate portion of the value. Yes it is ridiculous and the stock market is 99% playing with people fear & greed not the value of it. Really hope the management act on it to reward all those investors that believe in the company.

I don't know what the short position is on HBC but I do know I would like to see this dog move back in the range of $15 - $18, as the fact this stock just keeps making lower lows is pissing me off.
