Today is either the wash out for HBC or

the beginning of a drop to under $8 per share in any event it's best to avoid this stock.

Hey Frank - are you out now? I reduced my position today and sold HBC 2,400 @ 12.53 and now down to just 600 shares (around 10% down). May buy back in at a later date but we need strong Q4 results for a catalyst - I think the majority of investors don't think this will happen based on the declining share price due to all the doom and gloom surrounding retail at the moment. Until Q4 is released ...more

As of the close on Thursday Jan 5th I still have my shares but if it drops again on Friday that will trigger my sell.

I doubt if the real estate is as valuable as analysts forecast, the real estate is a major part of the value trap in this stock.
