i remember 2012 the stock went down to almost 5 dollars
it looks like it is gone go as low as 8 dollars

What are you talking about? HBC started trading in november of 2012 and it never dropped below $10. Can you send me a link to the chart you're looking at

Yes it is SH  On Nov 10th they gave revised crappy #s andit sold off on the 11th On Dec 5th they confirmed the #s would suck  Macys sucked bad and HBC sold off expecting the same  Well today they gave confirmation the #s sucked , and hinted of doing something with the real estate in the next few months .. I would guess the real estate has to be worth $12 a share
