Smart Money staying or leaving?

I'm waiting on the sidelines to see what is left after the storm but has anyone heard or know if institutional or mutual fund have exit / reduce their position in hbc. If im reading the following site ( i compared the #'s to other links similar figures) approx 83% are smart money that is invested here. https://markets.qtrade.ca/shareholder/summary?symbol=CA:HBC&t=&Bend=186371

Hard to determine if institutional or mutual fund money has sold completely but my guess would be the mutual funds sold in December to do some yearend window dressing and there isn't any reason to buy back into this stock as the dividend return is low and the future for stock price growth isn't encouraging.
