Thanks pivot...I was about to quote the same remark.  They will deploy this tool...if not, they could wind up finding themselves in the midst of a hostile take over.  The question is, what is the real estate actually worth?  I know this is a bit of a segue, but take a look at Honest Ed's in Toronto. They closed the store down in order to make way for more condominiums.   ...more

yea they have been through a few wars  they are not going anywhere and will get back above $10 soon
