according to TD. If you are patient enough, you may get you money back.

'Over the next 18 months, we believe that the company may still be positioned to proceed with IPOs of its JV assets; however, it is unlikely over this time frame to surface the value of its Flagship Saks asset based on our revised financial forecasts. We had valued the Saks Flagship at approximately $12.00 per share.'
