Why HBC fits in another retailer/etailer operations

hbc has gone global. It offers any retailer a global footprint for someone who wants diversification. It also has strategic distribution and fulfillment centers to support its $15b in sales. It has already invested into IT and a WORLD CLASS SUPPLY CHAIN. It's brands...some of which are iconic along with its globally centered real estate holdings make it a compelling takeover for a large retailer wishing to buy a turn key speciality branded going global that has multi channel approach. Your buying more than a retailer your buying a customer focused service company......kinda like how apple transformed from a computer company to an entertainment company.

I have no doubt that if a bunch of retail investors are seeing this logic and sharing on a blog like this there are others in a much higher paygrade who are looking at the same things...but with a lot more and better information at their disposal.  Although pre-market is about as useless as a dollar in a Starbucks, I am a bit surprised to see 9.80.  The only thing I really pay attention ...more
