Peoples Opinion
Hey guys, I am hoping that this board is not as toxic as others. But I am a new investor and had faith in HBC and tried to time the crash. I bought in way to early at the 13 $ mark. I know ouch right but the gains have been coming back and now I am getting close to even. Just wanted some opinions on what’s next. I bought in thinking that overtime they would gain it back and with sears pretty much out of the picture will they be able to hold the retail front down. Also if the Macey’s deal goes up in smoke would it crash our sp again? Do you think there is a strong future with HBC and their real estate as well?
Thanks in advance for any advice. GLTA

I agree this board is more civil than others which is exactly why I return. My cost base is $11.85 and today's close got me to the plus side thank God.

Marky I intend to fide this pony till I have a reason to sell. I have a record of either selling too early or too late so hopefully I will make a better choice with HBC. I'm considering using a stop loss and adjusting it upwards as stock price moves up.

LAS5513...That's a great strategy! I'm doing something similar....I'm selling at the beginning of the day(take my profit) and wait till it sinks during the day and then rebuy it...I've noticed that this stocks starts off high and at 10.00 peaks and then sinks...So I'm going to follow the pattern...

Marky the higher morning price is known in the business as a "morning blossom" and happens frequently. If you use a stop loss just make sure you don't set the stop too close to the current price or you will get stopped out with a small fluctuation.
