With all the chatter here and in the media

about HBC being worth in the $35 range it seems unusual this stock is still trading at $12. There must be a reason the stock is still trading at the current level or it would be higher.

manipulation? Accumulation? Watching the tape the trading looks odd. Someone is playing around here. HBC is going in right direction to the horror of the shorts.

I don't buy the manipulation/conspiracy theory. One thing that does concern me is the fact that a BMO analyst is the only one that forecast an HBC target price above $20 the remainder all in the $12 or $13 range. This tells me the majority of analysts see something the $35 forecasters don't, and so far they are right on the money.
