Nice premarket Gappa Tom morning!

As the news of today Is continued to be ingested through this evening I am expecting a nice Gappa first thing tomorrow morning and I think we will get close to $13 again or slightly over. Lots of development happening real fast these days and I believe Baker wants pps to increase just as much as shareholders. I think $16 by years end is highly achievable.

HBC IMO is one of Top 25 TSX stocks to own for remainder of 2017/2018.

glta
$HBC$

Mt69sinai are you happy with the gap up this morning?

there would of been one but management wants people like me to sell. That response to Land and Building pissed me off and many others it seems

Forget about Jonathan Litt and Land and Buildings, in the big picture they are small players compared to the major stock holders.
