You may think you know the reason Jonathan Litt has been silent but I suspect the real reason is Richard Baker and some of the other major shareholders merely told him to shut the hell up or they would ruin him. Litt being the sissy he is decided he and his crummy 5% had better just be quiet since he wasn't in any position to go head to head with the big boys.
