Doomed Company

This company is run literally by idiots who just want to maintain status quo and get their salaries without effort. Helena has no chance at all, she will be out of door within next 18 months at most. This is another sears/toys r us in the making. Investors Beware!!

As a shareholder I don't care what happens to Helena I just think the real estate value is overblown and retail shareholders will never get any advantage for the value.

The company is on he verge of bankruptcy and the woman has been hired on a yearly salary of over $5.8 million. What she does or doesn’t do affects all of us

It doesn't matter who is in charge of HBC the real estate value is unlikely to ever be realized by retail shareholders. The best we can hope for is dead money for many years to come.
