Where are the activist shareholders??

What is very disappointing is that hedge funds/activist shareholders like LandandBuildings didn't finish the job in getting rid of Richard Baker and the rest of the board. Hudsons Bay and Richard Baker appear to be on the same path as Sears and Eddie Lampert - slowly going into the abyss.

The clown from Land and Buildings was never a threat to Richard Baker and Baker knew he wasn't going to do anything but talk and now he's even quit talking.

I'm certain Land and Building wish they could get out of this stock but they like many of us bought into this dog based on the real estate fairy tale and now we are stuck like rats in a sewer.
