Around 675 Million

The article in the Globe and Mail, around 675 million is not 675 million. It could be less or it could be more, but it went through a bid process, lets hope it is a lot more.

IMHO

This stock price tells me the sale of the Vancouver property may never happen, so let's all quit talking about this nonsense.
Comment by MyHoneyPot on May 25, 2018 5:31pm
HBC  said it had been sold, and the Purchaser is getting Canadian financing arranged for the purchase, it is going to be announced June 15. That is pubilic information i understand.  IMHO

If the sales is firm please advise where HBC has confirmed the sale.

MyHoneyPot the truth of the matter is HBC has not made any official comment confirming the sale of the Vancouver property so it's not public information. Quit the BS statements about the sale being public information because it's not true.

Hudson's Bay and Riocan have a condinational agreement to sell the store upon the purchaser arranging financing,,,,for $675 million this is public knowledge deal expected to be confirmed as a sale on June 15

The conditional sale has not been confirmed by HBC so at this point the sale story is merely a rumour.
