Puts the stock @jan./19 price. Company has documents putting R/E value at $25-30/share. Independent board committee will not accept or they will be sued for breach of duty.
BTW, my minimum is $18..

Gee I sure hope you are right at $18....that would be nice but not likely they would move that high from the original $9.45.....more likely they might get to $12...that would be my guess/estimate...good luck

I see the value much higher than $9.45 per share because of the real estate that they have.
