Be Careful

with this one....the same thing that happened to TranAt where they withdrew the $14 bid can happen here too......all of a sudden the special committee comes back with a higher value and the Baker group goes....no thanks...we withdraw our bid of $9,45....guess what happens to the stock price and it ain't good......then the Baker group can accumulate shares at cheap cheap prices...
