Its a simple question

but apparently a complex answer...so they want you to believe......its really quite simple and the question is...."What is the risk adjusted Net Asset Value of HBC"   ....its difficult to understand why it takes 6 weeks to do this math problem....maybe they need to borrow my calculator...lol
