if they have the delay in until 2020 then this stock should currently be trading at around $9.45 but its not so likely investors think that the decision or information should be out sooner than later....I mean how long can they delay and sit on information....it doesn't take  5 months to consult with minor shareholders and get an analysis for value from TD......

You sound so worried here .....Why don't you buy some shares at today's prices and sell them to Catalyst for 10.11..You got til the 16 th of august...........also there will be a meeting with special committee and concerned minority shareholders before the 16th....

Andrew McCreath on BNN this morning said the HBC is uninvestable.....he's the guy that said when the $9.45 bid came out for investors to just take the run up and get out of the stock.....also who want to hang around for $10.11 from $9.82 small gain....they are draggin out the process so much that at this point the special committee is not going to report anything like the windfall that some ...more
