not tendering to the CATALYST offer..

something wrong here..stock trading firmly in no man's land. and should be trading higher , if fof no other reason read LITT views on BAKER's attempting to buy HBC with its own funds..says once the selling of already annouced holdings , could mean the return of $8 cash to shareholders .WOW!!! As for the CATALYST offer, it will mean shares being pro-rated, i also don't like some of the normal safeguards being in place plus their was also a less than flattering story about their stewardship ..so all in all, i will sit on the sidelines and see what happens...dwdc

a lower share price attracts many that will tender to Catalyst for 10.11 per share....I can afford to hold for outcome so I will do just that....even if all falls apart and Baker & da boyz walk away,more assets will be sold and once the European assets change hands, the sp will absorb that... especially if Company pays off debt and maybe hands out 1 time special divy yadda yadda... I am still ...more

I believe the Baker saga is coming to an end. Can't raise money without actual R/E sales to do $18. Litt and Catalyst and us who hold out will have trump cards. Going as predicted....
