not enough minority shareholders tendered...BNN saying votes could still be changed before official date. dwdc

Would be encouraging to see a spike on that news... But I'd be surprised...   I was thinking the 3-4pm spike was due to something from the OSC. In any case, I'm not really surprised it wouldn't pass... Baker needs to increase. I still believe they will announce a delay in the meeting on Monday.

there was no news other than this one (Baker didn't get enough votes) between 3 and 4.
