Catalyst already arranged financing for $11.00 buyout
whoever thinks catalyst is not going to buy this is stupid.

To me Catalyst can be our best friend or worst enemy depending on what they say or do. They can push forward at 11 bucks calling Bakers bluff or walk away also leaving us to mop-up aisle for Baker low bid. Step up, Catalyst, and move this mess forward.
