Trade resumption and no denial of discussions

Interesting, we have this article saying discusisons and close to a deal, which shoots the stock price up. We have a halt, and then a resumption with no denial from HBC or Catalyst that the contents of the article are correct. If that article was wrong, I beleive we would have seen an official denial by now. Intersting.
