retail is struggling....even Warren Buffet is not interested in Tiffany.....but the real estate is way undervalued.....its not a retail play....its a real estate play

EXACTLY. not about retail. Who are the fools leaving so much on the table by selling into the low bid???? Grow some gonads and get off your blinders. We have an 11 offer on the table.
