Pfffff, that has to be the hardest earned 6.8% in the history of activism investing. I'm surprised they wouldn't force Baker to cough an extra 30c-50c or so. I guess Catalyst really didn't want to be a buyer itself at 11$ and is just happy not losing face. Not really pleased with this outcome... But hey, a gain is a gain. Well, it’s not an extraordinary result, but I am impressed with Catalyst. Well done for those that hung in. There are still institutional minority shareholders who are taking a bit of a bath on this...they can’t be that happy. It’s been a fun little ride.
