But isnt the transaction worth 200 000 000 in an all share deal ? if the sgares were worth a dollar that would mean they have to issue 200 000 000 more shares , or am i confused ? So at .165 seems like a hole lotta shares outstanding. maybe 1.12 B if its apples to apples.

Yes and apparently halted for some time into the 4th quarter, as in until after the CSE gets an application to resume trading under harbourside inc. So they deal has to close so its a long ways off in terms of controling your money again Im not convinced this is a good thing based on share dilution . But I might be not seeing the full picture....D

Look at this as a completely new company. Lineage will cease to exist and will be known as Harborside. As you said this will be halted for a while...

So will that be a new company with 1.12 B share dilution pluss the already outstanding 50 million against Liniage?

Maybe they would do a rollback?

are you serious? We are diluting to 1.12 billion shares and coming out as another name?

yup...so possibility of a roll back...very high. Although, Harborside did make 50M in sales last year, so that's a good start from what we are making now. GLTA!
