...these comments are from the same type of people that try to convince others to commit suicide online. This is a good deal - looking forward to start trading again sometime in Q4.

I agree PK, besides good or bad what can you do now?? Not a damn thing, so your here for the ride just wait it out and see what happens. Just FYI, Tilray reported 9.7M for the Q today. Harbourside did 50M in a year. Oh and Tilray has a MC of 5bil, you do the math. GLTA!!

So is this deal taking a long time because they are buying a private company?  I don't fully understand.  Usually deals are done in the background while trading continues, then when the deal is final and signed you get a halt, few days later trading starts again.  Anyone know how this one differs.  I mean the deal looks great for sure, no doubt.

A P&SA is signed that includes a due diligence period. The more complex the Deal, the longer the due dili period typically is. This is a complex deal. At the end the deal closes unless something is uncovered during due dili.
