Voting today, and I'm seriously tempted to vote no, nothing in here for shareholders who have been holding onto this for many months.  41:1 consolidation for shares doesn't leave many.

After consolidation harborside shareholders are expected to hold 96% of the float and lineage shareholders will have 6%
