what happens if we don't fill out and send back the letter of transmittal? Will the shares all be lost? Need some clarity here please anyone

sorry oilburner, I wasn't trying to cause any friction between you and I. Just need some help with this situation about the letter of transmittal and other paperwork to complete. Does all that need to be complete before any shares can be converted to HBOR?
