Peter Biledeau (CEO) brings up the fact that with the California regulatory framework it appears difficult for MSO's to enter without having to open one store at a time over a long period of time aside from California being the most profitable market. Peter actually states that they are setting themselves up to be the most preeminent company in California just to be taken out. He actually comes out and says it. These guy's are so transparent I love it.
