See Tony on BNN. He discusses reserves ( and potential reserves). Says the value of KL is much more than today`s price.

It was interesting to note that, by implication, Tony was ambivalent about whether a share price of $15 by June would be in the company's best interest.  At this price about $50m of Debentures would convert and dilute shareholders. Tony seemed to be happy to pay off half of the debs in cash on maturity in June, as apart from Dec 2016 cash balances, KL will be generating high levels of ...more

Tell me if I am wrong? there seems to be two issues of debs convertible in total for 8.8-- M sh. of which about 10% have been cancelled or re both; Total left for convertion: about 8.0--M sh. or 4%  of shares outstanding. No rush to force convertion as June 2017 is not far away. But...... even if the debs were converted, that would be only 4% dilution
